Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

 

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Ordered my on the 14th, paid upfront and early upgrade fee.. due for a free upgrade on the 29th. EE promptly took the money off the card even it says on the email, I won't get charge until the phone is shipped.  Which I don't mind, if the phone is actually here today. 

Got them to give me a call on Mon morning to find out what's going on.. if not I will just cancel and go with O2.

So I managed to get some answers from someone ! 

 

Still waiting for the PR team so it isn't about that. Also, I didn't bother yet going on about compensations yet. Just to get some basic information.

 

Anyway. 

 

Confirmed as we already know orders went out to some customers and some haven't due to a delay. So they can confirm they have stock in now of the device. I have this saved on a chat transcription. 

 

Mystic bronze customers will receive the DPD confirmation for all pre-orders within 24 hours. I also got this confirmed and saved on a chat transcription. 

 

I couldn't get any info on the black model because my order was on the bronze. However, it's something. 

 

I hope this helps some of us. For all mystic bronze customers if you don't get any notification by this time tomorrow then I will pass onto you my most recent chat transcript to you ready for further escalation. 

 

If people could be helpful and try to save any chats/ chat transcriptions etc and information passed onto you so we can all pool together when it comes to us all seeking something to help compensate pre-orders. I would very much appreciate it.

@ziggymon quality mate...thanks for this.  It completely contradicts what the complaints woman had told me which will create further ammunition if they are wrong as they can't provide single set of communication lol.  Well let see what materialises in the next 24 hours and will keep everyone posted.

 

I've saved all my transcripts as well so if anyone needs them, more than happy to share.

The team work on here has literally been the thing stopping me from
cancelling my order. I've been given £7 confirmation ridiculous

But thank you to all, I've ordered the bronze so fingers crossed I get

I went into one of the EE stores since I was passing it, they said they don’t have stock and don’t know when they are getting it, will happen when the online stores get it.
