Samsung earbuds Sept 2021 offer

Recently ordered the Samsung S21 almost 3 weeks ago and it was out of stock. Waiting for it to become in stock only to be told yesterday it was in stock but my order didn't go through properly. It states on my account it was ordered well within the eligible period to claim the free buds and tracker (?). I now have my new phone.

 

Is anyone able to send me proof of my original order to send to Samsung to claim my earbuds. Thanks.

You can obtain this by calling EE CS on 150. Then claim via the Samsung members app.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thank you. I have got the confirmation letter now. I signed into the samsung members app but there is nowhere that says to claim? Do I have to wait a period of time before claiming?
