I ordered the new iPhone 13 pro max a couple of weeks ago now. I understand there is a supply issue so it will take longer to be delivered than initially specified on thr website. However, i have received my returns pack and i got a text from EE saying i need to return it by Monday. Obviously i can't send my current phone back without receiving my new one - especially when i ordered it i thought it would be dispatched within a week.
Any advice would be great.

@Clatwj Are you gonna need to call customer services about this as it should’ve been sent to return Pack just yet.
