Hi
I recently got the samsung a21s and I transferred all my apps over from previous phone but I had to leave a load off due to the internal memory which is 32g the same as previous phone. I cant update the 18 apps that need updating as there is no space to do this and I cant move apps to external memory.what can I do as I have 2 years now of this and it's not good enough
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Brits
You won't get 32G as there will also be the Android OS/installed apps using that space. Even so how many apps do you have or are they games?
You can expand the storage with a micro SD card.
The only solution is to install less apps.
Thanks

I think you are not getting what I'm saying, they have the same size internal memory and surely this has the O/S installed on my previous phone yet all the apps and more were on that one but won't fit on this one it makes no sense. I have one game on there and a memory card but you cant move any apps onto the memory card as no "move" option comes up on the apps page it is really stupid technology is supposed to improve this is totally a backward step my previous phone a Sony you could move apps onto the external memory card and as well there is no option to play my music on this phone like my previous phone, THIS IS NOT AN UPGRADE in my opinion
