Samsung S21 Ear Buds Offer

Ordered a new S21 on 30th Sept to qualify foer the free buds and tile offer, buit I cannot see EE on the 'participting dealer' list.

 

Am I missing something?

 

Only have a limited time to claim so would appriciate a quickish answer.
