Samsung Galaxy Watch Orders......

Noticed there are alot of Galaxy watch orders with delivery issues.  Thought i would put my experience in.....

 

I ordered the watch on 1st November after note 9 anytime upgrade.

01-11-18

"Your pre-Order is confirmed" - for news on the latest devices and how to make the most of them with ee pop by the ee community.

 

8-11-18

"Your Order is on track"

Got aquestion ? check out ee help for up to date info.

 

15-11-18 (latest update on tracker)

"Good News, your order is coming soon"

Theres lots you can do in the meantime. including backing up your old device. check out our guides at ee help.

 

I talked to a ee rep on the 15th and i said do we have an estimate on delivery times. As going by the web site " Expect dispatch within 14 days to you or your local EE store" its now the 15th and nothing despatched.  The rep said no no thats the release date the 14th.

 

Anyway I just wondered if anyone else had differrent updates on their trackers for the watch or we all in the same status of "Good News, your order is coming soon"

There will be a slight delay on the delivery of your Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G.

 

We’re working closely with Samsung to get it to you as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

You will receive a text from DPD when it’s on its way, and you’ll receive this as soon as they’re released.

I also ordered galaxy watch on the 1st Nov my latest tracking info was order coming soon spoke to them today they are still saying up to 14 days

Hello I had a text today saying my watch is going to be to be delayed but because I pre-order it i will be first one to get one I ordered my on the 5th of Nov

I got that same message on the 13th nov and on the 16th got a message saying good news your order is coming soon. When I rang they said could still be up to 14 days possibly sooner.

i have just received another email 16th

"order update"

"hi, your order is still on track and you'll have your new samsung galaxy watch soon!"

order is confirmed but we're waiting your expected delivery date. this is while wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. we'll be in touch soon with an update on your order.

 

on the track your order this email looks like the last update on the track your order page which updated on the 15th so  seems a day late and or automated update as per ttxt msgs
