Upgrade delivery

I upgraded my contract online on 11/11/18 and received an email saying my order was received and I’ll receive an text and email confirmation for delivery, I haven’t received that and tonight I’ve went into my emails and the email to say my order was on its way is no longer their.

@AshleighG16  Your emails in your own email account has nothing to do with EE,  have you looked on your deleted folder ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sorry I found the email confirming my order but when I put the order number into track it, it’s not available and it’s not showing on my ee account about my upgrade plus I’ve not had an email confirming delivery or a text confirming delivery.

I am having the same problem. I ordered my upgrade yesterday and I received an initial email but nothing since. I was told if I ordered online it would almost definitely be dispatched for the next day and I haven’t received delivery information. Can this be tracked or can I go in store and do the upgrade in store instead as I wanted my phone ASAP.

It's great to hear that you upgraded with us, what phone did you go for?

 

On the top of your confirmation email there should be an order number, you can use this to track your order here

 

Once your phone has been dispatched you will receive a text message from DPD with further information about your phones journey to you.

I went for the iPhone X and it said it was in stock and would be dispatched immediately. However the tracking information says it’s not available. 

 

Im debating whether it would be quicker to cancel the order online and go in store but can’t get through to CS.
