I cannot connect my 46mm Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch to the plan in EE.
I do not know why?

Did you purchase your watch from EE or another retailer, @Dariusz80?

In Argos.

Hi @Dariusz80,

To purchase a data plan for your watch:

1  -  open the Galaxy Wearable app

2  -  select Mobile Networks and then Next

3  -  log in using your EE account details

4  -  select the EE Smart Watch plan and agree to the Terms

5  -  follow the instructions on your phone to complete the set up

6  -  your phone will notify you when your mobile connection is set up (it can take up to 4 hours)

Hope this helps.

James

Yes i do. 1 and 2 are ok. And that's it. There is information that it is impossible to configure the tariff plan and I have to check if the phone is connected to the network. And I still don't know why this is so.

Hi @Dariusz80,

It looks like you only have a weak mobile signal at the moment. Are you able to try the setup somewhere with a stronger signal?

Thanks

James

My signal is very good. The internet works very well. I have maximum signal. I live in central London. I checked in many places. In the building and outside.
