Hi
I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 256GB Phantom Grey on 18/09/21.
I understand there is a delay at the moment but I had an update on 25/09/2021 saying my order is "on track" .... obviously it isn't as when ordering it stated 7 days delivery!
When can I expect my order? Even a rough ballpoint figure would be helpful at this point

ive got the same email 1 week ago. Im already waiting for the phone for 2 weeks.
The EE site says, its usually dispatched in 7 days....
I wont be at home from october 8 for two weeks, so its started to frustrate me.
Why EE says 7 days, when its definitely not??

We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately, we received fewer handsets from the manufacturer than expected. We are working with Samsung to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.
No delivery dates can be confirmed until they’re in the tracker, so remember to keep checking back for updates.
You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

also, the business ee site says, there are stocks for the phones there. If i cancel my current order and i order a business one, do i get it faster?

I'm guessing no, I don't know for sure how the process works but I'm guessing all stock come from the same Logistics Warehouse, if I was to hazard a guess, would a large Corporate Business Company who has ordered Stock get it first, maybe but I would image small business customers get treated the same as consumers in terms of Orders and Stock processing
