Hi, I've been trying to get EE to unlock my phone. I've received message from them saying the unlock request is completed, but it isn't - when I insert new SIM it says it is not supported and when reinsert old EE SIM and check in setting it says under Network Provide Lock that the SIM is locked. Is this normal? How can I sort it out?

That SIM lock could be relating to a SIM PIN number, do you have to enter a PIN to unlock your SIM when you boot up your phone?
