Hi, I’ve got a SIM only contract but my phone broke and I wanted to buy a new one and having already a SIM only contract will I pay both contracts monthly or can I cancel the sim only? 😕

@AKYngo3 Depending how long you’ve been on that contract and how long your been a EE customer for you might be able to upgrade now to a full contract. You’ll need to speak with customer services about this.
customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation so you’ll need to be patient when calling.

You should be able to just upgrade your SIM only account to a phone contract, that would be your best option.
