SIM card replacement.

I lost my SIM card so I ordered a replacement sim and it’s saying no service and sim is not provisioned 

it says it doesn’t need to be activated it should work straight away nothing is working any idea’s please

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you give us a call on 0800 079 8586 our Mobile Care team can check the SIM card for you and make sure this is registered.
