New Sim register on old device

I have a Samsung s21 ultra 5g and had it a few months I now have a new updated sim card but cannot find where to actually register it. A link would be good please anyone

Here: activate your new SIM

 

Is there any reason you can't use your old SIM? It is always preferable. A new 1 is only sent just in case of problems.

The Internet speed is really slow on my phone so the tech support level 2 guy said a new sim card might work. So he sent out a new one.

Have you been able to register the replacement SIM card following the link @XRaySpeX has provided?

No. I had to go onto my EE app and speak to someone on the ee help chat who was able to activate it for me. Although the link he sent me was the correct link I just dont think I was being smart about it and needed additional help

To report the SIM card as lost, please call us on 07953 966 250, our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.
