SIM card not working

Hi, last night my mobile signal completely turned off, factory reset the iphone and made no difference. Put my sim in different phone and works. I’ve also tried different network providers in the phone and that works. Please help.

Where did you buy your phone? 

 

If your SIM works in another device then the issue is with your phone not EE network.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi, the phone was brought unlocked from 3. My EE sim was working find in my device until yesterday. The device also allows other network sims

Tried updating carrier settings and factory resetting the device. Still no effect
