SIM card not delivered

Hi there,

 

I’ve ordered a SIM card on Saturday and still waiting. 

I can’t track it as I haven’t gotten the tracking number for Royal Mail.

 

help anyone ?

@DaphneD05  EE don’t provide tacking for Royal Mail delivery’s and your sim will be sent out 2nd class and probably wasn’t posted till Monday. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
