SIM UPGRADE NOT WORKING

Hi,

I have upgraded and 1t has taken 36 hrs so far and the swap has not worked.I have tried re inserting the sim card and powering on and off and still nothing.Pls advise.

Welcome to the community.

 

Have you still got your old SIM card?

 

If so, have you registered your new SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim if you upgraded with EE direct.

 

If you upgraded via a third party, they will activate the SIM card for you
