Hi,

I’ve requested a nano sim card for my new phone last Saturday but it seems that my existing sim cards was deactivated and I can’t make or receive any phone calls.

Your help will be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Peter

@PB1777  It shouldn’t happen like this but occasionally it does you’ll have to wait for your new sim to arrive.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris,

Many thanks for your reply.

I thought about this possibility....

It seems that there is not much that can be done to rectify this and reactivate my existing sim?

Hi @PB1777

I am very sorry to hear this has happened.

Once your new SIM arrives this will be set up and ready to use with your number.

I hope this arrives soon for you.

Leanne.

Thank you Leanne for your reply.

As I’m still unable to make or receive phone calls & messages for the last 3 days will there be some sort of compensation?
