Hi
I pre ordered the Samsung S21 Ultra as an upgrade to my plan. I now have a link to claim the free Galaxy Bud and Tag but require proof of purchase.
Is the proof of purchase available before the phone is delivered? How would I get hold of it?

You can't claim for the free items until you have the phone.
Because you could apply for the items get accepted then cancel the phone and keep the freebies.

I have the delivery note , i have the phone the one thing that I am missing is proof of pre-order , I ordered online originally have that email but has I have had my orders fail everytime online I called up who advised me it hadn't been processed, so they processed it but I never got anything emailed to me. So can I use my original email form the first pre order or do I need one from when it was reordered over the phone?

This is exactly what happened to me. I need an email or a document to show a invoice date but i havent got anything as i completed the pre order over the phone. Can someone help?
