S20+ order information misleading/confusing

Hi I'm getting really contradictory information about my pre-ordered S20+ from EE. On one hand I have EE texting me as if I had already received my device, welcoming me to the new 5g plan, giving me info on how  to unlock my old one etc...
On the other I had them saying it was going to be in the store on the 10th, then on the 9th that it was with dpd and that I would shortly receive a message. It's the 11th and I haven't heard from them.

The order tracker on EE says it was dispatched on the 9th but the order number provided by EE does not match any numbers on dpd, and the email confirming the order mentions a consignment number for dpd but there is no such number anywhere. On top of that I have already started paying for the new device even if I don't have and it's been in limbo for 2 days....

@unai   If you requested a store delivery then you’ll not get a tracking number as the delivery is not for you but the store,  the store will contact you when it’s there to be collected.   Does the number your looking at start with a XKN or KXO ?  If it does then that’s an order number not a tracking number.
