Hi @jim64

Make sure the SIM you have doesn't pop out to a smaller SIM. If not give the CS a call and ask them for a new SIM, alternatively go into store and get one.

When your new SIM is sent your old one will be deactivated.

Thanks

Hi @jim64,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Did you receive a new SIM with your upgrade?

If you did, you can activate it at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim.

Thanks

James
