Router showing disconnected

I am using wifi and have logged into my router which is showing ‘disconnected ‘ can anyone explain this please….?

Depending on the context in which that shows, most likely the device is temporarily disconnected from the cellular network.

 

Oftentimes this can be resolved with a simple reboot of the device following the online documentation.

Do a coverage check with your postcode here, if your speed is well down or off you can report it if no one else has already done so.

There's likely to be a reboot option in the interface. Pressing the power button is a good way to restart. If things completely lock up, you can pull the power (if possible).

 

In the coverage checking, hit "Check network".
