Returns pack not received

I’ve had my new phone since the 29th January and I’ve still not received my returns pack. I have to send my phone back by the 13th of February so getting a bit nervous now. I have tried ringing customer service but never managed to get through to anyone the times I called. I’m not sure what to do next.
