Hi, I’m not very good at explaining stuff but I’ll try, recently I got a new pay monthly device, realised immediately I didn’t like it and after giving myself a few hours to see if I change my mind I put the device back in the box and contacted the returns team, they sent me the silver returns bag thing and said to take it to the post office to send it back
now my actual question, I know it sounds silly but does anyone know if you can send the returns bag with DPD instead of the post office, I ask because on the bag is a Royal Mail barcode I assume to be scanned at the post office but my whole family is trying to stay inside as much as possible right now as there’s someone with a very weak immune system in the house and we don’t want to risk getting sick, my immediate guess is why wouldn’t it be ok? DPD brought the device to me so why can’t i send it back through them? But you never know with these things and as it’s an expensive thing I don’t want to mess up sending it back, anyway, if anyone has any experience with this I’d really appreciate a response, I’ve already been charged (actually very overcharged) for a month of this phone that I haven’t even used so I need to get it returned ASAP, thanks .

Hello @TheBantman.
Thanks for coming to the community.
I would recommend following the guide to returning your device and using the post office with the pre-paid Royal Mail label.
If for health reasons you can't leave the house I would recommend contacting our customer care team and notifying them.
Katie.
