Returns as part of an upgrade

Hi - Ive just been transferred and then cut off - I need to return a phone as part of an upgrade - Im aware that I get fined if this is not within 14 days.

 

Im on hold again - Can you supply details of how to return.

@freemand3  You have to call as you will be sent a returns package that you have to use as it will be uniquely identified to you so EE know who has sent the device back 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks currently back on hold again.  Looking through this community this appears to be a consistent problem.

 

Lets hope they take this on board and review this part of their service.

How do I cancel a contract within 14 days online?

 
To cancel a contract by email:

Fill in our cancellation form and email channel.returns@ee.co.uk

 

You don't get fined if you don't return it within 14 days; you just lose your statutory right to return it.
