Hi 

I upgraded to new phone & contract 22nd November phone arrived next day. I didn’t open phone for a few days as I’ve been suffering with anxiety and it wasn’t a priority. When I did open it I’d ordered wrong size GB. I rang EE CS finally got through after a few days  and waiting an hour each time put on hold understand how busy they get and especially during Covid as I work in the NHS. The return package from EE never arrived through the post after a week I rang again they emailed me a returns label I dropped parcel of at a DPD pickup shop 5th December. It’s been a week tomorrow and still no update if phone has been delivered back too EE. How come they get phones out next day and delivered next day yet returns can’t be that quick.  I want to upgrade my phone ASAP. The return parcel EE should have sent never arrived!!! 

I am checking the DPD APP every day it just states shipped date 7th. 

has anyone an idea how long this process can take please?

Are you able to see if the phone has been signed for at our warehouse?

 

As soon as your phone is scanned back to us you will be notified.

Hi no sign of phone being signed for when I contacted EE they said wait we will contact u when it has been scanned. But be honest I’m fed up how long it’s taking.
