Returned from abroad, no internet

Hello,

I have recently returned from an extended trip to India. Whilst in India I used a local SIM.

 

I have a minutes and mobile data pack. The calls and texts are working fine but the internet is not working. Has anyone any suggestions?

Can you check the APN settings are correct using the EE APN Settings: Where to find them, post for guidance.

When did you last use the EE SIM you are now using?

 

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

thanks for the reply. I last used the SIM in India to receive texts last week. Last used in UK 2019. 

 

The message from AL is;

Hi, 

with the WiFi off and the mobile data on it says no internet connection please connect to network or WiFi. 

Would the configuration settings of the Indian sim have altered anything?

it's a Samsung core prime and yep, the texts and calls are working fine.

Hi Leanne, 

thanks for taking the time to help. I'm currently quarantining next to Heathrow and my son wants a live aeroplane show when I go for my daily prison exercise in the car park next to the run way but the WiFi doesn't reach that far.

 

I now have mobile internet thank you for solving the problem. I shall now go show my son aeroplanes.
