Returned device just after 48hours

Hello. 

 

I made a contract on Monday 13th for a ee 4gee mini and after 48 hours of not good coverage in my flat I returned to the store. Wasn't and smooth process I left the store only with the promise of they making all for me. 

Later I checked ee app and found a whole bill and no email or other confirmation of my return. 

I have contacted the cancellation team by email but not answered yet. 

I am anxious and concern.

In store they give me nothing as proof of the return. 

 

I contacted costumers service and they advice to email cancellation team which I did before. 

 

Any advice guys.

@Ale20   Your bill would of been generated before you took the device back as you pay pro rata for a contract.   Once it’s been processed as a return this should be cleared or if you pay before it’s cleared you’ll be refunded.    The store should of gave you something as proof or return.
