Replacing defunct sim with an EE sim (Pay As You Go)

I have an existing Sony Ericcson T200 mobile with an Orange Pay As You Go sim. The phone has not been used for 2 or 3 years consequently the number is now defunct. I want to replace it with an EE Pay As You Go sim. How can I do this as I can't get a PAC number as Orange obviously are no longer contactable. Help !

@Sueeo   You would be able to get the number after such a long time as it would of been terminated by now.   You’ll also need to request the device to be unlock to use a EE SIM card in it.  I would call EE customer services to do this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
