I ordered a replacement SIM card 18th January and it still hasn’t arrived is it normal to take this long if sent through royal mail

Well whoever I spoke to said they lodged the complaint but I don’t know what happens to it now. I’m so frustrated and no idea when these SIM cards are going to arrive 😞
