My phone died on me and I had to phone EE to order a new one as I didn’t have a device to get the one time security code. They took the order over the phone but I have not had a confirmation email to tell me my order number. My account is updated with the new data package. I was advised the phone would arrive today or tomorrow and from looking on the site I understand that I would get text messages to let me know when it would be delivered. I don’t have a phone to get these!! I also can’t get through to EE…help. How do I get my order number to try and track it online

@Wicky You get this via email and as you’ve posted on here you have access to the internet so you have access to your email account.
