Replacement not received

Hi I requested a replacement phone following a cracked screen. I was not at home when delivered therefore could not exchange. 

I have not received any communication regarding what happens next.

@Carol48   Your going to have to call customer services about this as you should of exchanged the device when the new one was dropped off.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
