I am a Veteran and attempting to register on EE Perks to get my Armed Forces 20% Discount codes for a new mobile phone contract. I have read on these pages that they won’t accept an upload of the Defence Discount Card, but will accept a copy of the Pension Payment Letter from Equinox. I have uploaded this and got the following response:
”Thanks for giving us your ID card. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to use this one as we’ve been unable to identify the details in the image.
If you still want to register an account, you’ll need to log in to the EE Perk Portal again and upload a new, clearer ID card”!!
What do I do now?

I have a similar error.
I created an account 2 years ago, and got a message stating that I had to check with DDS for creating an account.
I was still able to obtain a discounted new contract.
I now wish to renew my contract, and cannot log into the perk account, and cannot obtain a similar discount through phoning up to upgrade.

What error message do you get when you try to log into your perk account?
Have you tried a password reset?
