EE perks and military discount

I've had the same problem. 3 or 4 times my photos were submitted and 3 or 4 times got the same reply as you. There is nothing wrong with the photos, im sure as they were sumitted by EE emplyee.

1. How difficult can it be to get a discount. I served for 22 years in the armed forces. I feel as though im being fobbed off.

Did you use a photo of one of the below?

•    Certificate of service
•    Certificate of discharge (discharge papers)
•    Armed forces pension
