I ordered a phone for a few days, it is out of stock, I paid £200 and so far no information, anyone knows when it will be available?

@Pawel95 , the only way to find out, is to ring customer service, as here in the forum, we would not know and they are the ones that can see when stocks will be available.

 

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and on the day another one with a one hour window. You should also be able to keep track of your order via the My EE App or by logging in to your account via the website.

I asked some people say 7 days others 14 and still others that up to 28 days it is not normal I paid £ 200 and I have no information

@Pawel95 , it depends when people ordered and how many, as it will always be delivered on a first come first serve basis, so depending how many ordered before you and how much stock EE have, will depend when you are going to get it, EE are the ones, who can give you an idea when you are likely to get it, but you would have to ring them.
