Hello can someone tell me why I got a email saying I can get a ps5 now for the registration I put in for and when i clicked on the link it took me to the ps5 and when I got there it was all out of stock so whys the point in the email saying I can get one but I can’t .

@Christopher_G Thanks for helping me with this but I didn’t mention that ee sent me a message the day 29th of March but the Xbox series x stock was like 4 days ago they sent me it to late and tbh it’s not that fair that some people have registered like 3 months ago and are receiving emails 4 days after the restock
