Ive recently lost my phone and upgraded theyve sent the phone with no sim

Did EE say they would send another SIM out?
You will need to contact EE on Skype or via live chat and ask about the SIM. Seems strange if they haven't sent one.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

When did you report your phone lost? When we blacklisted your phone and cancelled your old SIM, a new one would have been posted out to you. This would normally be delivered within 2-5 working days.
