Hey,
I've recently bought something from Xbox but it isn't without its faults, I used to pay by mobile as payment method and I know wish to refund my purchase.
How does the process work? Will they just notify EE not to charge me? Many thanks

@Noranjo1 Have you taken this up with Microsoft already ? As you’ll need to ask them how they proceed with any refunds.

@Noranjo1 It’s going to depend on if Microsoft charge you or not. Your phone bill is only the payment method EE are not billing you Microsoft are. If Microsoft are going to refund you it’ll go back to the billing method so this refund will sit on your EE account and go towards any future bills, if you want this back in your bank account you’ll need to request EE to issue it back to your bank.
