I have been an payg ee customer for 8 years, I logged into my ee app 8 days ago and it said, your pack is due to renew in 10 days your date will be 36.8gig, I logged into my ee app today and it says your pack is due to renew in 2 days your data will be 27.8 gig, can someone explain why my data has dropped in my next pack ?

Over the last 8 days you've used more of your current pack's data. So you have less remaining to roll over to your next pack.
