Hi - got my Google Pixel 3a about 3 weeks ago and out of nowhere it is completely unresponsive. Not dropped/no water or any other kind of damage. Unable to unlock phone and get past the black locked screen with time/date/battery percentage on - tried restoring phone to factory settings but now won't even show locked screen, just occasionally buzzes with notifications (that I cannot see).
There seems to be no simple way of getting in touch with yourselves/Google to resolve this as I am currently out of the country. Please can you confirm how I should proceed?
Thanks

@JenLea For EE to fix this you’ll need to contact customer services for google to fix it you’ll need to contact them about this.
To call EE from abroad you can call this number +44 7953 966 250
to contact google you can use THIS
your biggest issue is being out of the UK as EE will need the device and so will google and that device will be sent back to the billing address.
but try holding down the power button for 45+ seconds as this will act like you’re pulling the battery from the device.
