Pre oder z fold 2

Hi. I was ordered the z fold 2 on 11/09 and for Today  I havent have a info about delivery, everyday im checking the tracking but still nothing. Order Confirmed- thats it.

I have the same issue... But I am performing an upgrade with swap and I was contacted by ee saying the 14 days (or whatever it was) have started from yesterday..... 

 

That does not sound correct.

If you haven't received the phone before the 14 days elapses, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team then.

 

They'll be in the best position to advise you further.

I was call them few times, but still They dont know when the Samsung send the phones to EE. I was pre order a Samsung z Fold 2Wysłano z mojego smartfona Samsung Galaxy.
