Receiving Jiffy bag for trade in

Hi I received my iphone12 pro max 4 days ago   With a trade in within 14 days but I haven’t received a Jiffy bag yet and have been into ee 1 hour no luck

and I’m getting worried in case I don’t receive it and get charged what do I do

@Mhills283   Your waiting on Brightstar to send out the returns bag if you don’t receive it don’t worry about it as you can not do anything until you receive that returns bag. It’s down to brightstar to get this to you on time.

Thank you Chris as long as if I don’t get it back to ee before 14 days from when I got my new phone and they would charge me I thought
