Received my new phone but did not get a new SIM card

I bought a new OPPO Reno 2 which has arrived but there was no SIM card with it. I am switching to EE from a different network but I am keeping my old number. I have been trying to call customer service but it won’t put me through because I don’t have an EE mobile number. I’m hoping someone knows how I can get a SIM card sent to me.
