Hi @DASAV
Thanks for coming to the community.
Is this a new pay as you go SIM card?
If you visit add-on.ee.co.uk on a web browser connected to the WiFi device, can you purchase a data add-on?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

My link does not require you to confirm or register your no. Indeed it tells you your no. Are you sure you are not using your MyEE a/c instead of my link?

If you use the link ending ..../Purchase you are presented a screen with options to purchase more data. - I thought GREAT however when you click on one to purchase it then asks you for the number of the device to add data and from that point onwards it is back into a continual loop you cannot get out of.
I have also registered as a user but was not able to add the 4GEE number to my account.

Here is the screen squence
add-on.ee.co.uk when connected to a wifi hub with the 4GEE sim card inserted
select the data option to purchase
Screen shows to Make a Payment, has Your details and is this the number you would like to make a payment to ? - the correct number is shown
select Continue
same screen Make a payment is displayed - groundhog day

I have also setup an account and have tried to register the number to the account
it asks me for the number to add to my account, once entered it goes through a sequence of doing something and has the register ticked, verify ticked and shows a final item link with 3 inside
it asks to confirm number, when you do that it says product is being added to your account, plaease wait a moment then comes back to the same register screen to confirm number ... groundhog day

Hi @DASAV.
Are you using/connected to the device that you're trying to purchase data for?
It should automatically detect your number.

Hello Jon
I am connected through an iPad to a mini wifi hub with the 4GEE card I am attempting to purchase data for.
It automatically detects the correct number for the 4GEE sim and when selecting to continue, that is where it gets into the loop and keeps coming back to enter the number and I can go not progress further

Thanks @DASAV.
When it loops back around, is the number still there or do you need to type it manually?
