Re; order status

Placed an order for the iPad Air 10.9 inch 64gb in green on the 1st November. It was in stock, had an email to confirm the order. But upon checking tracking it said back order, now says awaiting confirmation. Can someone help what’s going on please?

This model is currently showing, 'Order now. We’ll deliver to you as soon as we receive stock'

 

We're dispatching back orders on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives. We'll send you a text with tracking details when it's on the way.
