Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

ive spoken to my work and like the rest that have mentioned in their responses, my company doesn’t know anything about resetting it.

I can help you with this, but I'll to contact you via private message. Please could you make sure your private messages are enabled by going to your community settings > select the preferences tab > select private messenger from the drop down.

I can’t seem to find the community settings are u able to contact me in any other way or tell me how to get to community settings

You can access your community settings by tapping/clicking your avatar at the top of the home page.

Hello I don't have any options to send you a private message or see my private messages. @Leanne_T 

 

when i click on private message it says: You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
