Re activate EE perks

Hi can someone help me re activate my EE perks account.

I had access 12 months ago but now says de activated,

@joeparish Sorry but that’s not possible from here as there is no access to any account from here. This isn’t customer services.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
