I have the exact same problem. Up until now we have three EE phones and all would get issued with VAT invoices for our accounts. This month none of them are being issued with VAT invoices, so what's changed? Surely EE have to provide their customers with VAT receipts so that those that are VAT registered can account for the VAT under the Mobile phone VAT rules.

@Billyboy33 It’s not in your contract to be supplied separately, see my link above and EE have been supplying the bill like this for around 3+ months now.

Actually Chris_B it was agreed at set up, I'm not referring to the contract only what was agreed with the EE representative at set. Under these contracts all of my bills have included VAT and have been produced as VAT invoices up until September so not 3 months like you say, literally this changed last month. I am not the only one that this has caused a major inconvenience to. Like I mentioned I have now taken this up with EE so I don't have to justify this to you. I posted to show others with the same issue that there are many of us trying to resolve this.
