Sim not activated

Hello,

 

I recently got an upgrade and got sent a new sim for my tablet. I was instructed to swap them and activate the new sim online, which I did. 40hours later and no signal still, plus the old sim doesn't work either. Please advise, as I cannot call or receive texts from either of the devices, I also have no way of getting into the store anytime soon!

Hi @Janagecmane.

 

Have you tried restarting the tablet with the new SIM card in?

 

Are you able to get in touch with our Customer Care team either by phone call or by live chat so they can check your account to see which SIM is active?
