Hi I have the same issue and tried calling to find out what's happening and was basically told he couldn't check and as done online and good as new phone just have to wait for the online team to work through the emails... No time scales no updates or anything he did say he could do anew one for a pound extra but then tried charging an extra 100 on top of the 100 early upgrade fee. Not great this being left in the dark? How do I raise a complaint on this please?
