I got a refurbished S10 lite in October 2020, over the last month before lockdown ,i took the phone to a ee store as it wasnt charging.
The guys in store sorted this out and also gave me a new charging cable.
But again its not charging with the new cable, tried all the possible solutions like upgrade software etc. With no joy.
This phone has a lifetime guarantee as a refurbished or good as new phone.
Im really fed up can this handset be replaced.
Can anyone help please
